How does the Impact Day’s affiliate program work?

About applying

1. Any individual or organization may apply provided they agree to the terms and conditions listed below. NB! You have to be able to send us an invoice regarding monthly payment.

2. We’ll give you feedback as soon as possible (usually in 7 days) regarding your application.

3. If your application is approved, then it’s possible to arrange an individual 30 minute video meeting where the Impact Day team can introduce the affiliate program more. For example: things you can and can’t do regarding Impact Day’s brand, where and how is it allowed to advertise and mention Impact Day, etc. Alternatively we can send all the materials to you without the meeting.

4. Next we’ll send you an agreement (incl. terms and conditions) to sign.
About marketing & commission

5. When the agreement is signed we’ll send you materials which are necessary/can help the affiliate (e.g. Impact Day’s marketing kit, CVI, etc.).

6. You will get an unique -10% discount code which applies to all our ticket types until the end of Impact Day 2024 (12th of October). You are free to use the discount code in your activities regarding Impact Day’s advertising.

7. From every ticket sale you make you will get a 25% commission. The commission will stay 25% even if the ticket prizes increase as we’re nearing Impact Day 2024.
About support & payment

8. Once a month we can have a video meeting with every affiliate personally (if the affiliate wants it) to look at the results and made sales, give suggestions and answer the affiliate’s questions. If needed, you can get marketing advice from us (e.g. a little help with designs, copy, etc.).

9. Payment: Commission payments will be made on a monthly basis and will be based on ticket sales made in the previous month.

Meet the

Terms and conditions of Impact Day’s affiliate program

Eligibility

Any individual or organization may participate in the affiliate program provided they agree to these terms and conditions. The individual or organization has to be able to send us an invoice regarding monthly payment.
Commission

Affiliates will earn a 25% commission on every ticket sale they make for Impact Day. The commission will stay 25% even if the ticket prizes increase as we’re nearing Impact Day 2024.
Tracking

Sales will be tracked through an unique discount code assigned to every affiliate.
Payment

Commission payments will be made on a monthly basis or once the commission reaches a minimum of 50 €.
Responsibility

Affiliates are solely responsible for promoting the event and driving ticket sales through their unique discount code.
Representation

Affiliates must accurately represent Impact Day and its mission. Any false or misleading representation of the event may result in termination from the affiliate program.
Termination

Impact Day MTÜ reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the program at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these terms and conditions.
Limitation of liability

Impact Day MTÜ will not be liable for any damages arising from an affiliate’s participation in the program.
Changes to terms and conditions

By participating in the Impact Day’s affiliate program, affiliates agree to these terms and conditions. Impact Day reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, without notice. It is the affiliate’s responsibility to stay informed of any changes.
