With 18+ years of experience in digital strategy, business development, and team leadership across Europe, Villu helps organizations scale sustainably through smarter processes, customer-centric innovation, and operational efficiency. He’s passionate about turning complexity into clarity—bridging business goals with real-world impact.
In addition to his private sector leadership, Villu has long been engaged in public and civic life, starting from high school with initiatives that honor Estonian national traditions, history, and civil values. From educational publications to cultural commemorations and youth-led projects, his work continues to support societal awareness and community well-being. He has also served on the council of one of Estonia’s leading elderly care homes, contributing to inclusive and responsible governance.
Villu’s spark for sustainability, innovation, and productivity runs deep—inspired by both of his grandfathers: one was a pioneer of computer education in Estonia and an early driver of the country’s digital awakening; the other served as a supervising team leader at one of Estonia’s largest and most technologically advanced industrial enterprises.
Beyond work, Villu is a fan of nature, Web3, AI, music, and sports. He enjoys listening to audiobooks on leadership, strategy, and personal growth, and cherishes time with his wife and three lovely children.
