1. Apply to become an Ambassador
Anyone — individual or organisation — can apply, as long as you’re ready to stand behind the mission and play by the rules.
2. We’ll review your application
You’ll hear back from us within 7 days. If you’re a good fit, you’re in!
3. Get onboarded
If accepted, you’ll receive all the materials you need: visual assets, guidelines, and key dates. If you’d like, we can also arrange a short video call to walk you through everything.
4. Sign the agreement
Before officially starting, you’ll sign a simple agreement confirming that you’ll represent the Impact Day brand respectfully and in line with the program’s guidelines.
5. Once your agreement is signed, we’ll equip you with everything you need
You’ll receive a full marketing kit: Impact Day logos, visual assets, brand guidelines, and key messaging to make sharing easy (and authentic).
6. You’ll get your own -10% discount code to share
As an Ambassador, you’ll receive a personal discount code offering -10% off all Impact Day ticket types until 10 October 2025. You’re welcome to use this code in all your communications, in line with the terms outlined in the Ambassador agreement.
7. Your role is to spread the word, not sell tickets
This program is about amplifying real action, not chasing sales. We value your voice and your authenticity above numbers.
8. Need help? We’re here for you
If you ever want a quick check-in, we’re happy to set up a short video call. Whether it’s ideas for content, help with visuals, or just a few fresh suggestions — you’ll have direct access to our team when you need it.
9. Become part of the extended Impact Day team
As an Ambassador, you’re not just promoting the event — you’re part of the crew making it happen. You’ll get invited to special meetups with the organising team, early access to insider updates, and a chance to build real connections before, during, and after Impact Day.

Any individual or organisation may participate in the Ambassador Program, provided they agree to these terms and conditions and are aligned with Impact Day’s values and mission.
Ambassadors are selected to help share the mission and amplify the energy behind Impact Day.
Their role is to authentically promote the event through their personal and professional channels, using the materials and guidelines provided.
Each Ambassador will be provided with a personal -10% discount code valid for all ticket types until 10 October 2025.
This code should be used in accordance with the Ambassador agreement and brand guidelines.
While discount codes are tracked internally, there are no sales targets or commission payments.
Participation is valued through visibility, community access, and additional perks based on activity and alignment with the program’s spirit.
Ambassadors must represent Impact Day respectfully and accurately.
Any false, misleading, or harmful representation of the event or brand may result in immediate removal from the Ambassador Program.
Impact Day will provide Ambassadors with marketing assets, branding guidelines, and optional support (such as content advice or creative suggestions).
Ambassadors are encouraged to use their authentic voice while respecting the agreed communication framework.
Impact Week OÜ reserves the right to terminate an Ambassador’s participation at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breaches of these terms and conditions or conduct inconsistent with the event’s mission and values.
Impact Week OÜ will not be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from participation in the Ambassador Program.
By participating in the Impact Day Ambassador Program, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
Impact Week OÜ reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the Ambassador’s responsibility to stay informed of any changes.
