The largest event for responsible business in the Baltics and Nordics, Impact Day, returns on October 9–10, 2025, in Tallinn. For two days, the region’s top changemakers, forward-thinking companies, and impact-driven organizations will come together to share ideas, discuss future-shaping topics, and create new collaborations.
This year’s theme, “Building a Bold & Self-sufficient Europe,” focuses on practical solutions, brave ideas, and cross-sector partnerships that help build a more sustainable and resilient economy and society.
The 2025 program will be more dynamic than ever, featuring hands-on workshops, inspiring debates, thought-provoking panel discussions, special side events, and a pitching competition for emerging innovators. Beyond the professional and business focus, Impact Day will keep its vibrant, festival-like spirit alive with a rich cultural program celebrating Estonia’s creativity and traditions.
Behind Impact Day stands a passionate and mission-driven team determined to lead by example. Their goal is to prove that positive impact and business success can go hand in hand — and together, they can shape a better future.
Impact Day 2025 is more than just a conference – it’s a movement bringing together those who want to act more consciously, responsibly, and impactfully.
👉 Join us on October 9–10, 2025, in Tallinn – and help build a bold and self-sufficient Europe!
