Anete Garoza is a highly regarded international climate lawyer and Forbes 30 Under 30 recipient. She co-founded and currently serves as the Chief Climate Officer of 1MTN, a startup on a mission to restore one million hectares of degraded land in Africa by 2030.
Anete’s expertise in climate law is evident through her extensive involvement in the Voluntary Carbon Market, where she has advised on projects spanning afforestation, agriculture, and nature restoration. Additionally, she provides invaluable guidance to governments on implementing Article 6 of the Paris Agreement.
